RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES

CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN:


You can request the exchange or return of a product within 7 calendar days of receiving it. The following conditions must be observed:

The product must be returned in its original packaging;
The product must be returned without signs of use or consumption, that is, in the form in which it was received;
The product must be returned with labels (or protectors) attached, manuals and all accessories that accompany it.


IMPORTANT : We will not accept returns if the above conditions are not respected.

WHAT TO DO TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN
Send a message on our Whatsapp and report:

Product's name;
Request number;
Email registered upon purchase;
Reason for exchange or return;
IMAGE OR VIDEO PROVING THE DEFECT, IF ANY.
Once all questions regarding the return of the product have been confirmed, we will inform you of the address for returning the product.

FORMS OF REFUND

Credit card chargeback: This chargeback may appear on up to two invoices after the return is completed through the payment gateway.
Pix – Transfer to the customer's account after confirmation of the return. THE TRANSFER CANNOT BE MADE TO A THIRD PARTY ACCOUNT.
