Exchanges, returns and guarantee:


Exchanges/returns can be made for any reason within 7 days of receiving the product, as long as it is new and unused.

After using the product, it is covered by the warranty, which extends for 40 days after receipt. If there is a defect within this period, we will pay for the repair with a professional, if feasible. If it really cannot be repaired or presents the same problem after a while, we will exchange it for a new product or refund it.

What is the delivery time for products?


15 to 20 calendar days (after purchase).

How does shipping work?

All of our products are imported from Vietnam, China and the USA, the process works as follows:

1 – Board the plane and disembark at the treatment unit in Curitiba – PR
2 – The post office receives your order and forwards it to your city
3 – You receive the product.

Are the products original?

They are premium imported replicas, made with the same technology, finish and comfort as an original product.

Can I track my order?


Yes, within 7 days of placing the order, we will provide the tracking code via the email registered at the time of purchase, where you can track the entire journey of your package.
